(2)	間變性淋巴瘤激?(Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase，ALK)
美國NSCLC患者，約4%具間變性淋巴瘤激?轉位基因(ALK Translocation) 突變，在非吸菸者和年輕人中比例較高。晚期NSCLC可使用ALK TKIs的藥物，例如：crizotinib(XalkoriR)、ceritinib(ZykadiaR)。某些文獻顯示這類藥物能顯著延長患者的無惡化存活期。

RAS突變的患者可能對葉酸拮抗劑(premetrexed)較敏感，並對其他標靶藥物具有較差的反應與較差的預後。
免疫療法
癌症是一種免疫失調所引發的疾病。人體的免疫系統負責維護身體健康，對抗外來入侵的病菌與清除體內不正常增生的細胞。正常情況下，免疫系統有所謂的免疫檢查點 (immune checkpoint) 蛋白，例如：Cytotoxic T Lymphocyte Associate protein-4 (CTLA-4)、programmeddeath-1(PD-1)，它們扮演「踩煞車」的作用，避免身體在對抗病原體時，發生過度的免疫反應，並傷及正常細胞。癌細胞會分泌一些物質與免疫檢查點結合來抑制免疫活化，藉此躲避人體的自然免疫反應。分子免疫療法也稱作藥物免疫療法，利用單株抗體與T細胞上的特殊分子（CTLA-4、PD-1）結合，讓T細胞發揮殺死癌細胞的功能，這類藥物被稱為免疫檢查點抑制劑。其常見的副作用包括疲累、皮膚併發症、腹瀉、肝毒性、結腸炎、肺炎以及甲狀腺機能亢進等。目前，藥物免疫療法可做為不具EGFR或ALK腫瘤基因異常NSCLC的第一線治療藥物。不過，並非所有患者可負擔每月逾20萬元的費用，因此健保署於2018年編列12.7億元的預算提供晚期NSCLC患者使用，預計今年6月上路。以下簡述藥物免疫療法各路徑的藥品。
